  • Pro: $50/month — 10,000 API calls
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing
  • Billed monthly via Stripe. No refunds for partial months.

  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or access restrictions
  • Scrape or mirror the data for competitive purposes

Redistribution of derived analytics (charts, summaries, signals) is permitted.

6. Data Disclaimer

EconPulse aggregates data from government and public sources (FRED, EIA, BLS, Indeed, etc.). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee real-time precision, completeness, or absence of errors. All data is provided "as is" — verify critical data points against original sources for regulated use.

7. No Investment Advice

EconPulse provides data, not financial advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or trade any asset or prediction market contract. Past data patterns do not guarantee future results. Trade at your own risk.

EconPulse, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via email. No SLA liability for downtime on Starter plan.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your API key will be deactivated within 24 hours. No refunds for unused subscription time.

11. Changes
